About Dr. Laila
Dr. Laila Arzouni, DC earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Florida, graduating magna cum laude. She completed a honors thesis on the physiological impacts of yoga and participated in a psychology research internship supported by the National Institute on Drug Abuse and National Institute of Health at the University of Colorado Boulder.
She went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, summa cum laude, from Life Chiropractic College West in the Bay Area through an accelerated doctoral pathway. Her doctoral training emphasized Chiropractic Biophysics, Diagnostic Radiology, Spinal Energetics, and advanced adjusting techniques. During this time, she completed community service at rehabilitation and unhoused facilities in the Bay Area and participated in international service trips to Mexico City, providing care to individuals with limited access to healthcare. After graduating, Dr. Laila was the inaugural Alumni Launch Grant recipient. Dr. Laila currently holds her California Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) license and a California Radiography Supervisor and Operator Permit.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Laila is a dedicated yoga instructor, teaching for nine years and practicing for even longer. She integrates mindful movement, breath work, and holistic wellness principles into her approach to patient care.
